Peachtree Capital Funding was founded on a simple principle: provide funds to businesses in commercial real estate sector that are ready to move. More communities are facing challenges in terms of costly rental agreements that don’t add to the bottom line. With the right financing, these businesses can become owner-operators, purchase, renovate and flip aging properties, or expand their multifamily and business leasable space. We also saw an opportunity to allow investors to put in money to a reputable fund. In this way, we can all participate in contributing to the growth of our communities as well as reap the reward. As businesses become independent and succeed, so do we all.

Mr. Martinez has been in the finance industry for more than 25 years. Initially serving as a finance director and trainer in the automobile industry, he went on to launch a successful loan brokerage, helping thousands of businesses access the funds to grow. To continue building on that legacy, Jesus sought another way to contribute: providing direct loan funds to the Commercial Real Estate sector. Because of his focus on client success, Mr. Martinez saw an opportunity to provide funds to a growing and thriving corner of the financial industry.

Cristina moved to the United States from Iquitos Peru in 2000 looking for a way to make a difference through her business acumen and personal drive. With a background in hospitality, Cristina understood the challenges of owner operated, franchise and regional businesses. In 2007 Cristina started her own catering business and has since owned several successful businesses in the hospitality industry. Cristina became the CFO of Peach Tree Commercial Capital, then became a partner in Peachtree Capital Funding.

Eli Robinson joined Peachtree Capital Funding in April 2022 as Managing Director where he oversees client success, private equity loan origination systems, and product direction. His experience in revenue operations and serving high growth clients makes him an integral part of the team at Peachtree Capital Funding. Eli brings over thirty (30) years of experience working with the financial, energy, and technology industries. His early involvement in tech as an internet pioneer fueled his passion for helping businesses effectively use Information Systems to serve their customers. Eli is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Agri-Business from the University of Vermont.
